Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At India Buy Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Exchange & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and product exchanges are processed for purchases made through www.indiabuymart.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or other operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the order before dispatch.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange if:

1. The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.


To be eligible for an exchange:

1. The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2.The product must be unused and in its original condition.

3.The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for exchange unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition:

2. Digital products or downloadable content

3. Gift cards or vouchers

4. Perishable goods

5. Products marked as non-exchangeable on the product page

Exchange Process

Please record a clear video while opening your parcel. The complete unboxing process should be visible without any cuts or pauses.

Exchange is available only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. To request an exchange, contact support@indiabuymart.com after receiving your order and attach the unboxing video.

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the issue. If your exchange request is approved, we will send a replacement product, subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will provide a similar product of equal value. No refunds are offered.

No Refund Policy

India Buy Mart does not provide monetary refunds for successfully delivered orders.

Approved claims are resolved only through product exchange or replacement, subject to the terms of this policy.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If the exchange is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the applicable shipping arrangements will be communicated by our support team.

Exchange Requests May Be Rejected If
